Role Overview

As a Solutions Architect on the Applied AI team, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers across India and the APAC region. The role combines deep technical expertise with customer-facing engagement to help organizations successfully integrate Anthropic’s AI platform into their technology stack.

You will collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to design scalable AI architectures, guide evaluation processes, and support enterprise deployments.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Technical Advisory

• Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Serve as the primary technical advisor throughout the customer adoption journey

AI Solution Architecture

• Design scalable architectures integrating Claude into enterprise systems

• Guide customers in deploying and operationalizing AI within their infrastructure

Technical Evangelism & Enablement

• Deliver technical presentations and workshops to engineering teams and executives

• Create technical content ranging from deep dives to business-value demonstrations

Implementation & Evaluation Support

• Help customers develop evaluation frameworks for LLM performance

• Support implementation through the Claude API and enterprise product deployments

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with product and engineering teams to share integration insights

• Collaborate with global teams while representing the India market

Market & Technology Leadership

• Stay current with developments in LLM frameworks and enterprise AI deployment

• Identify common integration patterns and best practices

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager

• Experience working with enterprise customers across India or APAC

• Strong experience designing cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems

• Proficiency in Python

• Familiarity with LLM frameworks, machine learning, or data science

Preferred Profile

• Strong technical communication skills across technical and executive audiences

• Experience supporting enterprise AI or machine learning implementations

• Ability to collaborate across global teams and time zones
