Hiring: Techno-Commercial Sales Manager (Healthcare & Lifesciences)
Are you a strategic growth driver with a deep understanding of health technology? We are looking for an experienced Techno-Commercial Sales Manager to expand our footprint across the Healthcare & Lifesciences sector.
If you have a proven track record of navigating hospital workflows, engaging with CXOs, and closing value-based software deals, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion: Identify and acquire new business from hospitals, pharma, and diagnostic centers.
Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with Clinicians, CIOs, and Hospital Administrators.
Strategic Planning: Develop account-driven strategies to promote clinical solutions (HIS/EMR/Clinical Trial platforms).
Visibility: Represent the organization at key health-tech seminars and industry platforms.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 5–8 years in Business Development or Account Management within the Healthcare IT/Clinical domain.
Network: An established network of promoters and CXOs in Indian healthcare, particularly in Cancer Care/Oncology.
Domain Knowledge: Strong grasp of hospital workflows, healthcare compliance, and clinical software constructs.
Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Travel: Readiness to travel extensively to meet clients and drive regional growth.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with HIS/EMR/RIS or Clinical Trial platforms.
Exposure to Targeted & Immunotherapy domains is a major plus.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
