About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead complex medical device development programs. This role combines technical expertise with strong project management capabilities to drive execution across multidisciplinary engineering teams while ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead end-to-end planning of medical device development projects

• Define timelines, milestones, and deliverables

• Translate technical requirements into execution plans

• Track progress and ensure on-time delivery

Cross-Functional Technical Coordination

• Act as a bridge between hardware, firmware, mechanical, and systems teams

• Facilitate technical discussions and design decisions

• Align cross-functional teams toward project goals

Technical Risk & Issue Management

• Identify and mitigate risks across engineering domains

• Maintain risk registers and issue logs

• Drive timely resolution of technical blockers

Vendor & Supplier Management

• Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, and design partners

• Ensure deliverables meet quality, compliance, and performance standards

Tools & Technologies

• Project Management: MS Project, Jira

• Documentation & Collaboration: Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams

• Risk Management frameworks and tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Biomedical, or Software)

• 10–15 years of experience in medical device development or regulated technical environments

• Strong understanding of hardware, firmware, and mechanical product development lifecycle

• Proven experience in technical project management
