Role Overview
This role is a leadership position within the Key Account Management team, responsible for driving revenue growth across existing and new enterprise accounts. You will lead a team, manage high-value relationships, and expand business opportunities through strategic account planning and solution selling.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Ownership & Growth
Own end-to-end sales cycle including revenue targets for existing and new accounts
Drive aggressive growth through account expansion and new business acquisition
Strategic Account Management
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand business within key accounts
Identify and capitalize on cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Client Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders
Establish trust and long-term partnerships with enterprise clients
Solution Selling
Deliver solutions across marketing automation, email marketing, analytics, AI personalization, and mobility
Align offerings with client business objectives and digital transformation goals
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor a team of 5+ account managers
Drive performance, accountability, and team growth
Financial & Commercial Ownership
Manage contract negotiations and pricing strategies
Ensure strong understanding of margins and profitability
Customer Success
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams for successful delivery
Required Qualifications
10–15 years of experience in Key Account Management or Enterprise Sales
3–5 years of experience managing teams (minimum 5 direct reports)
Strong experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Profile
Experience in SaaS / MarTech environments
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and customer lifecycle management
Ability to influence senior leadership and C-level stakeholders
