Role Overview

This role sits within the Founder’s Office and works directly with the CEO to improve client outcomes, internal processes, and delivery efficiency. The position combines client relationship management, content operations, and cross-team coordination across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Channel Management

• Own end-to-end client communication including onboarding, briefs, feedback, and delivery

• Manage multiple content channels and ensure consistent performance and timelines

• Handle complex client conversations with professionalism

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work with writers, editors, designers, and producers to ensure quality delivery

• Track workflows, deliverables, and pod performance

• Monitor team morale and support collaboration across pods

Content & Performance Operations

• Oversee reporting, insights, and analytics for YouTube, Instagram, and video content

• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency

• Ensure content aligns with platform trends and performance goals

Strategic Execution

• Partner with the CEO on process optimization and growth initiatives

• Support scalable systems for content production and client delivery

Required Qualifications

• Experience working on YouTube or Instagram channels (brand, personal, or agency)

• Strong understanding of long-form and short-form video analytics

• Background in creator economy, content agency, or social media operations

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders

Preferred Profile

• Prior team leadership or mentorship experience

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• High empathy, ownership mindset, and feedback orientation

• Understanding of content production workflows and platform trends
