Role Overview
The Partner Sales Manager will lead strategic partnerships with major global systems integrators (GSIs). The role focuses on building co-selling motions, enabling partner ecosystems, developing industry solutions, and driving large enterprise deals powered by Anthropic’s AI platform.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partner Portfolio Management
Manage relationships with up to three major global systems integrators
Lead sell-to, sell-with, and sell-through partner strategies
Establish governance frameworks and partnership performance metrics
Partner Practice Development
Help partners build dedicated AI practices around Anthropic’s platform
Define partner business plans, GTM strategies, and organizational models
Guide partners in building industry-specific solutions
Training & Enablement
Design training and certification programs for partner teams
Build enablement materials covering technical architecture, industry use cases, and value positioning
Scale partner expertise across global teams
Industry Solution Development
Collaborate with partners to develop AI solutions across industries such as financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and public sector
Develop reference architectures and solution accelerators
Revenue Growth & Strategic Deals
Drive large enterprise deals through partner ecosystems
Build executive relationships within partner organizations
Ensure partners develop scalable AI practices generating significant revenue
Customer Success & Market Leadership
Ensure successful implementations and long-term account growth
Establish success metrics and feedback loops for partner-led deployments
Position Anthropic as the enterprise standard for AI platforms
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience managing global systems integrator partnerships
Proven experience driving revenue through channel partnerships
Strong understanding of enterprise technology ecosystems (cloud, AI, enterprise software)
Experience managing complex global partner relationships
Preferred Profile
Experience managing partnerships generating $250M+ revenue influence
Background in AI, cloud platforms, or enterprise software partnerships
Experience working across global partner ecosystems and multiple regions
Work Mode & Location
Hybrid – Bengaluru, India (with global travel)
