Role Overview
As a MarTech Transformation Leader (Associate Director), you will lead large enterprise transformation programs across marketing technology ecosystems. This role combines strategic consulting, solution architecture, and commercial ownership to deliver impactful digital transformation initiatives for clients.
You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders while driving end-to-end program execution and capability development within the practice.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Engagement Leadership
Lead multi-million-dollar MarTech transformation engagements
Manage large programs or multiple mid-sized engagements with delivery excellence
Solution Architecture & Strategy
Design and oversee complex MarTech ecosystems including data, platforms, and customer experience layers
Act as a solution architect for enterprise marketing transformation initiatives
Pre-Sales & Commercial Ownership
Own proposal development including storytelling, value articulation, pricing, and delivery planning
Drive pursuits and support deal closures
Client Advisory & Stakeholder Management
Build and manage relationships with C-level stakeholders
Act as a trusted advisor for strategic marketing and technology decisions
Practice Development & Leadership
Mentor and manage consulting teams
Contribute to capability building within the MarTech practice
Collaborate with business leaders to shape GTM offerings and industry propositions
Thought Leadership & Innovation
Evaluate emerging MarTech trends and technologies
Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, webinars, and industry engagements
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in MarTech consulting or enterprise marketing technology transformation
Deep expertise across MarTech stack including CDPs, data engineering, personalization engines, and campaign platforms
Strong experience in pre-sales and deal closures
Proven leadership in managing large transformation programs
Preferred Profile
Background in Big 4 consulting firms preferred
Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability
Ability to operate across business, technology, and customer experience domains
